Buy Casks Enquiry
Bulk Intake
We can arrange collection of bulk spirit, transport to our facility and intake into our custom tanks, to be then filled into cask/stock delivery. Alternatively, we can fill into sourced casks.
Maturation
We can store casks vertically or horizontally in our bespoke warehouse designed with extra ventilation to increase airflow around the casks. We can conduct, assist or facilitate tasting and testing during the maturation process.
Documentation/System
We take care of all Customs and Excise Administration and regulatory requirements. We use the Microsoft Dynamics Navision Software Package and it has been designed specifically for our whiskey solution to ensure end-to-end transparency.
Inventory
Full inventory management service (monthly and on-demand inventory listings).
Disgorging
Working with our clients, we can disgorge casks. We also work with our client to blend, dilute and test when required.
Casking Services
We can cask bulk spirit as per your instructions and transition/transfer the spirit to different cask types during the maturation process as required.
Facilities and Equipment at Stafford Bonded
The facilities at Stafford Bonded and our sophisticated stock management systems make us the market leaders in offering clients a bespoke, all-in-one, post-distillery solution.
We currently operate from a large bonded warehouse in Drinagh, Wexford, with planning granted to expand over the next few years on the same site to accommodate our growing whiskey maturation business. Stafford Bonded also has four whiskey maturation warehouses in Waterford with a further two under construction and plans to add bottling lines and more warehousing. Our sites are secured with motion sensor voice over command CCTV and 24 hour monitoring, while our facilities have been constructed to be fully Atex compliant, with fully-automated intake and cask-filling equipment to ensure highest levels of accuracy in the safest working environment.

At Stafford Bonded we continually invest in our technology to ensure we deliver upon and exceed our customers’ expectations. The software we use is designed exclusively for our bonded warehousing and the management of third party inventory. Our innovative software is market-leading and allows full traceability from spirit intake, through to maturation and bottling. The system has built in LPA system calculations and can produce point in time maturation reports.
